Security Field Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Regular site visits to ensure effective management of equipment, assets, and control of Operational issues
- Maintain a high level of supervision and motivation and onsite training of staff
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Budget and wage control in alignment with contract requirements and approved roster
- Employee satisfaction and staff development
- Implementation and maintenance of Stallion standards
- Execute tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager as per action plan
- Training of officers according to their job descriptions
- All officers to be issued with a A2Z with written confirmation of understanding
- Maintain staff discipline
- Security officer training for site procedures and site instructions completed and updated training schedules are in place
- Investigations and report writing
- Compiling of site job descriptions
- Conducting Risk assessments
- Be able to do roster planning and distribution to employees
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- PSIRA registered Grade A
- 5 years experience as a Field Manager or related fields within the security industry
- Own reliable vehicle
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must preferably reside in Middelburg or surrounding areas, not more than 15 km’s from our office in Middelburg
