Warehouse Operative

Coleshill Birmingham B46 ( Driving license desirable as site is difficult to get to)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating: 6am – 2:30pm / 1pm – 9:30pm

Rates Of Pay :

• Basic: £9.50ph
• OT: £14.55ph (weekends)

Encore Managed Services are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work within a distribution centre.
Our client is based in Birmingham – Hams Hall near Coleshill (B46 1AL).
Our client distributes various items such as:

• Electronics
• Consumables
• Novelty Items
• Designer Clothes & Cosmetics

Your duties will include:

• Order Picking using scanners
• Packing and quality checking
• Working to high pick targets in fast paced environment

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Be motivated
• Have a good attention to detail
• Have a good standard of verbal and written English
• Be flexible to do overtime when required
• Be a good communicator
• Work well within a team and individually

Experience within warehouse is advantageous but not essential
