Full Job Description

RECEPTIONIST
Band 2 (£21,189 to £21,575) pro rata
(actual salary: £18,144)
Term time plus one week (i.e. 39 weeks)
8.45 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week (part-time may be considered)

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to provide a welcoming environment for our School community and assist with the effective delivery of Student Services. Based on Reception, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and all visitors to the School. You will deal with student and parent queries effectively and efficiently, both face-to-face and via telephone, in addition to welcoming visitors to the School.

You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. The Receptionist also provides administrative support for a range of student-facing duties, including attendance monitoring, maintenance of student records, etc. We are looking for candidates who work well in a team, have good organizational skills, are adaptable, and are able to work to deadlines.
