Operations Executive
Location: Manchester

The Role:

To provide wide ranging support to the Retail and Merchandising team, ensuring effective delivery of system and operational processes to sustain the retail and wholesale businesses.
  • Deliver effective stock product flow for the Megastore
  • Organise and Track supplier and embellishment deliveries
  • Maintain Stock and Epos system integrity
  • Wholesale partner order management
  • Ensure all Sox controls are adhered to.
  • Support in the stock taking process

The Person:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a retail environment is preferable, but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and external suppliers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Logical thought processes and problem solving skills
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office packages. Advance excel skills would be desirable.
  • Sound personal qualities such as communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Project planning skills
