Experienced Lab Technician

Store: Yate

Hours: Full time – 37.5hrs – Open to discussion on Part Time – 3 days minimum (Weekend working is essential)

Optical Lab experience essential

At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards and maximize customer satisfaction.

With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customer spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:

• Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received
• Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times
• Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments
• Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
