Senior Care Assistant – ABC Centre

About the role

  • To support personal care needs on an individual basis recognising choice, ability and diversity.
  • To recognise and actively encourage the importance of social activity in a person’s day.
  • To understand the importance of a person’s life history and incorporate this into the daily care needs.
  • To line manage a team of colleagues.
  • To carry out on-call responsibilities, shared with the other senior care assistants.

About You

If you have had some experience within this field, we would love to hear from you.

  • Previous care experience essential
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work on own initiative
