IT Triage Technician
Full Job Description
As our IT Department continues to grow, we are excited to be recruiting for an IT Triage Technician in our Bristol office on a permanent basis. Our IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our users; whether they require support, guidance or diagnosis of simple technical problems, as well as escalation. In this role you would provide key incident resolution and escalation support to colleagues across Bristol, Edinburgh and London to ensure our people continue to deliver our leading client service.

To be successful as our IT Triage Technician, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and enjoyment in communicating with people of all levels
- Experience within a Service Desk/IT role (desirable)
- The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a good eye for detail and strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and a keen interest in IT and technology
The role is based in our Bristol office situated close to Temple Meads station. As a requirement for this role, we’re looking for someone who has flexibility for 7 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-7pm, Monday-Friday.
