HR Executive (Colombo, Sri Lanka)
The Coconut Tree is a Sri Lankan-owned restaurant and bar group consisting of 9 sites, based in the UK. We currently have a role available for a HR Executive to support our UK-based HR team.
The role will be based at our established Sri Lankan office at Colombo 7.
The Role
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job adverts, identifying, telephone screening and shortlisting candidates for our UK roles.
- Onboarding new employees onto the HR system
- Managing and monitoring employee attendance
- Assist with other ad-hoc HR tasks as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree educated (preferred)
- Experience working in a HR role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Confident telephone speaker in English
- Experience working with any basic database systems
- Organised and effective time management
- Computer literate, confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
Further details
- Full-time Monday to Friday 9-5 pm. Local time (Sri Lanka)
- This role will involve working with the UK-based HR team & site General Managers.
- You will be employed by our Sri Lanka company and paid in LKR.
