Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an efficient Human Resources administrative service in respect of related policies and procedures
- Providing input and assistance into various monthly HR reports for statistical and management purposes;
- Recruitment and selection administration – compile advertisements & questionnaires response handling, employment contracting
- Accurate record keeping relating to Training & Development, Recruitment, Employment Equity & IR activities
- Providing advisory and operational support to line management
- Providing support to the HR Management Team
- Creating and maintaining HR files for audit readiness
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of a 3 year National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years HR administration experience
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office
- Up to date knowledge of current HR legislation;
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative, accurate record keeping, and time management skills
- Ability to cope under pressure and be deadline driven
- Be self-motivated and have an energetic approach towards work
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Personal and professional integrity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Converse fluently in both English and a second official language
- Be prepared to work overtime when necessary;
- Be in possession of a valid Drivers license & reliable transport
