Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper/Mandarin Speaker
Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Consolidation of multi-entities divisions, including inter-company elimination entries
– Financial analysis of monthly operations
– Inventory accounting & reserve preparation
– Monthly cash, factor, AR, and payroll reconciliations
– Fixed assets and inter-company account reconciliations
– General journal entry accounting including payroll, prepaids, intangibles deposits, rents among others
– Audit documentation and coordination with independent and bank auditors
– Debt and loan base filings
– Financial statement support and preparation
– monthly and quarter reporting package preparation
– Budget & forecasting to actual reporting
– Quarterly sales tax filing
– Daily flash reporting of sales, margin, cash, and inventory
– Considerable interaction with AR & AR departments
Education & Experience:
-Candidates must have a least 1-3 years’ experience in accounting preferably with a manufacturing company.
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
– Knowledge of 1) SAGE100/MAS100 2) of Datatex and 3) FRX data base reporting tool a plus
– Strong Excel skills are necessary along with general data base usage experience
– Collaborative work ethic with a proactive positive attitude a must
– Communication, listening, and comprehension skills required
– limited inter-office travel, but may be request from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
