GM: Ops and Finance (Hospitality)
Introduction
A large well-established Hotel group is looking for a seasoned GM with a strong operations and finance background.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operations / General Manager to manage the people, products, processes and output of the entire hotel group in KZN.
The Company requires an individual with a strong financial control experience for analysis, audit and implementing efficient processes within the group.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Hospitality and Restaurant experience.
- Bcom, Finance degree is essential;
- At least 5-8 years experience in similar environment;
- A sound knowledge of accounting is required;
- Stock systems and control experience is essential;
- Solid computer skills. GAAP Point of Sale system will be an advantage;
- Sound business acumen.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Strong work ethics
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport and accommodation.
