Scope

As Executive – Garment Sewing Technology, is responsible for ensuring achievement of the daily sewing plan, efficiency and quality objectives through structured approach, effective planning and supervision of the team of sample room sewing machine operators and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Planning and allocating sample room production objectives, including daily sewing plan, efficiency and quality objectives
• Working with the team and concerned internal stake holders for effective implementation of innovative
• and cost-effective sewing methods for the achievement of the functional KPIs
• Guiding the team of Sample Room Sewing Machine Operators and Technicians
• Smooth knowledge transfer to production team at execution

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Sewing Technician
• Diploma in Clothing Technology
