Our client in the Hospitality Industry, based in the Addo area is currently looking to employ a Senior Chef / Senior Chef de Partie.

This would be a live-in position ideal for a single candidate.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and managing stock orders.
• General kitchen administration.
• Direct back of house operations and managing cooks.
• Food preparation and service for functions, weddings and a’la carte restaurant.
• Manage staff and oversee production of high-quality food.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Provide various support to all FOH and BOH staff during shifts.
• Develop and organize BOH through cleaning, maintenance, equipment cares and ordering / receiving.
