Back Office Executive
Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at Eklingji Resort in Udaipur. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that support the resort’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of resort’s financial transactions and inventory
- Assists front office in maintaining accurate records of guest information and room occupancy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision making
- Handle phone and email inquiries related to the resort’s operations
- Assist the management team with special projects and other duties as needed
- Provide support to front office, housekeeping and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role in a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and google sheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Udaipur – 313001, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
